Your clients bring the data. You get the picture.
Clients bring their DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR reports together in MyBodyLab, with trends, goals and plain-language explanations. They can send you their original PDFs and screenshots of summaries or trend charts, so you spend less time piecing together their history.

A client who tracks properly is easier to help.
Clients get a reason to keep every report in one place, and a clear picture of their own progress. You benefit from what that produces.
Every report in one place
DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR reports sit together, each with its own date and the original PDF. No more lost emails or photos of printouts.
Trends across tests
Clients can overlay reported metrics to look for patterns over time. These are visual comparisons, not proof that one change caused another or a statistical correlation report.
Goals with measured progress
Clients set a body composition or VO2 goal and see how far they have moved from their starting point, separately from the date they chose.
Plain-language explanations
The AI Assistant explains their results in everyday words and prepares better questions to bring to you. It does not diagnose or prescribe, and it points unusual results back to a clinician.
A clearer follow-up conversation
Test dates and progress give you a starting point for discussing when to measure again. You decide the appropriate interval with your client.
They stay in control
Clients decide what to share and can stop at any time. Consent is theirs, which keeps the relationship with you built on trust.
Easier to interpret, faster to act on.
Your client can bring their dashboard to a consultation, or email you downloaded reports and screenshots. There is not yet a provider login or a one-click shared summary dashboard.
- Summary screenshots. Clients can capture their overview with the latest results and test dates, then send it using their usual communication channel.
- Trend screenshots. Bring body composition, fitness and metabolic measures onto one timeline for discussion. Trends do not establish causation.
- The original reports. Clients can download the PDFs to send you, so you can check the source before making decisions.
- Comparisons in context. Review equipment and protocol differences with your client. Missing values show as not reported, not as measured zeros.

From upload to consult.
Client uploads
They add supported DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR reports, or a partner clinic files them straight into their account. Reports they upload themselves are labelled as self-published.
The dashboard organises it
Results are laid out by test and date, trended over time, set against their goals, and explained by the AI Assistant if they ask.
They share with you
Before a consult, clients send downloaded PDFs or screenshots of the views they want to discuss. This is client-led sharing, not automatic access to their account.
Provider dashboards, in design.
Clients can share downloaded PDFs and screenshots today. Dedicated provider access and the tools below are planned, not yet available, and may change before launch.
Provider dashboard
One place to see every client who has shared with you, with their latest results and trends side by side.
Cohort views
See how a group of clients is tracking across body composition and fitness, to support programme decisions.
Clinic dashboards
A MyBodyLab dashboard for measurement clinics to offer their own clients, with reminders to retest.
Interested in shaping these? Tell us what you would need.
Register your clinic. We help send clients your way.
Offer DEXA, VO2 Max or RMR testing? Register your interest in becoming a MyBodyLab partner clinic. Once we agree your services, location and available capacity, we can refer clients looking for those tests to your clinic.
- You perform the test. Clinical care, preparation instructions and test pricing stay with your clinic.
- We help clients find a suitable clinic. Referrals depend on client demand, location and the capacity you agree to make available.
- Clients keep a useful record. We agree how supported reports reach the dashboard as part of onboarding.
Registration is an expression of interest, not instant activation. Referral volume is not guaranteed. There is no automated marketplace or booking-system integration being offered here.
Tell us about your clinic
Send your clinic name, suburb or postcode, testing services, equipment and a contact person. We will discuss fit, report compatibility and referral arrangements with you.
Register your clinicOpens a draft in your email app. Review it before sending. No patient details are needed.
Or email hello@mybodylab.ai directly.
From providers and clinics.
Do I need an account to receive what a client shares?
No MyBodyLab account is needed to read a PDF or screenshot your client sends you. Dedicated provider account access is planned, but is not yet available. Clients should not share their login credentials.
Does the client decide what I see?
Yes. Clients choose what to send you. DEXA PDF links, where available, expire and are revoked if platform consent is withdrawn or the report is removed. PDFs or screenshots already sent or downloaded cannot be recalled.
How do we register our clinic for referrals?
Use Register your clinic to email your details. We will discuss your tests, equipment, location and available capacity before agreeing any referral arrangement. Registration does not guarantee approval or a minimum number of clients.
Can I trust the numbers?
Check important values against the original PDF: extraction can make mistakes. Client uploads are labelled self-published, not clinic-approved. Review equipment, protocol and preparation before interpreting a change across tests.
Is the AI Assistant giving my clients medical advice?
No. It explains their results in plain language, flags results older than six months, and does not prescribe calories, supplements or treatment. Unusual or flagged results are referred back to a clinician. Using it needs the client's separate consent.
What does it cost?
There is no provider product to buy yet. The client dashboard is free to use today, and provider pricing will be confirmed when provider dashboards are ready.
Where is the data stored?
Health records are stored at rest in Sydney. See our security and privacy page for how consent, sharing and AI processing work.
