Your blood, next to your body.
Blood tests are not available in the dashboard yet. We are preparing five panels, 56 to 73 biomarkers each, so that every marker can sit against its laboratory range with a trend over time and a plain-English explanation, alongside your DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR. This page shows the planned panels and design.
- 5 planned panels
- 76 unique biomarkers across the range
- Results against laboratory ranges
- Not yet available to book
Built around what you are trying to change.
Panels overlap on the fundamentals and differ where it matters. Compare the included markers, not just the count. A larger panel is not automatically the right one. Panel contents and pricing are confirmed before launch.
Essential Health Check
Your health baseline. Blood count, cholesterol, glucose, liver, kidney, thyroid, iron, vitamin D and B12.
See every markerMetabolic & Weight Loss
Glucose, HbA1c, fasting insulin, ApoB, thyroid and hormones. Built to read alongside DEXA and RMR.
See every markerMen's Performance & Hormones
Total and free testosterone, SHBG, ApoB, lipoprotein(a), IGF-1, thyroid, iron, vitamins and zinc.
See every markerWomen's Hormones & Wellness
Oestradiol, progesterone, FSH, LH, DHEAS, thyroid, iron, vitamin D, B12 and folate.
See every markerLongevity & Performance
Our broadest panel. ApoA1, ApoB, Lp(a), HOMA-IR, homocysteine, IGF-1, full thyroid, hormones and nutrients.
See every markerNot sure which fits?
These are planned panels, not personalised testing recommendations. Discuss whether any testing is appropriate with your clinician. A larger panel is not automatically a better choice.
Tell us what you needWhat is actually in each panel.

Planned: ranges and trends, not just a number.
The proposed view would organise laboratory-reported values and reference intervals over time, with general explanations and questions to discuss with your doctor. These features are not available today.
- Results-first cards with value, unit, laboratory range, a coloured range bar and high or low status.
- Organised by health system. Cardiovascular, metabolic, thyroid, hormones, iron, nutrients and more.
- Marker drill-downs with historical trend, explanation, possible causes and practical next steps.
- Connected to the rest of your record. Flagged markers appear on the overview next to your DEXA and VO2 Max movers.
- Context-aware. Markers that depend on cycle phase, time of day or fasting state are shown with that caveat rather than scored blindly.
Illustrative result only. Reference intervals and interpretation depend on the reporting laboratory and clinical context. This example is not a diagnosis.
Low dietary intake, heavy training, blood loss, or reduced absorption.
Discuss iron studies and dietary intake with your clinician before supplementing.
About blood testing.
When will blood tests be available?
We do not have a launch date to share. The dashboard today covers DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR. Blood tests are being prepared, and we will publish panels, prices and how to book here when they are ready.
Will the panels and prices on this page be final?
No. The panels shown are the current plan and the marker counts reflect the current configuration. Panel contents and pricing are confirmed before launch.
Can I upload blood tests I have had elsewhere?
Not yet. Today you can upload supported DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR reports.
Will blood results be a diagnosis?
No. Results in the dashboard will be for information and tracking, using the reporting laboratory's reference intervals. Discuss any result you are concerned about with your doctor.
Want blood tests in your record?
Tell us what you would want to see. In the meantime, the dashboard covers your DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR.
