Is it really free?
Yes. Enjoy full dashboard access free ahead of our paid membership launch. Bring your reports together, try the features and help shape what comes next. No card is required.
When will membership start, and will I be charged automatically?
There is no start date. No payment details are collected, so nothing can be charged. When membership is ready we will publish what it includes and the price, planned at $29 a month, before anyone is asked to pay.
Will I need to subscribe later?
Future membership is planned at $29 AUD per month, but the paid feature set is not final. Any future subscription will require a separate choice to subscribe. It will not start automatically.
Can I share my reports with my coach or doctor?
Yes. Download the original PDF and send it yourself, or take a screenshot of the summary or trends. DEXA PDF share links are available in supported report views; they are not a shared live dashboard. Copies already sent or downloaded cannot be recalled.
Are tests covered by Medicare or private health?
Any rebate depends on the test, provider, referral and your cover. Check directly with the clinic and your health fund. Free dashboard access does not include the cost of testing.
Is GST included?
Yes. Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST. Clinic test prices are set by the clinic.
